Extensive house repairs for another regular customer!
Failed ‘railway-line’ lintel to front facade (caused belly above, horizontal cracking and dislodged the wall corner above) removed, corner stitched, belly removed and new heavy duty galvanised steel and bespoke sandstone lintel installed, 3 x Windows replaced, stitch repairs and localised repointing to cracks to rear, damp to floor diagnosed to leaking sub-floor radiator pipes - replaced and resolved, floor refurbished, loft hatch installed, loft insulation upgraded……. The list continues, all for a repeat regular customer

All gutters and downpipes removed, all timber fascia’s and soffits overhauled and redecorated, new high capacity gutters and downpipes installed, roof lights replaced, new Accoya sliding sash window supplied and installed, new Accoya windows supplied and installed to front dormers, chimneys overhauled, extensive stitch repairs to numerous movement cracks, 2 x ridges replaced, new soil pipe flashing installed……… the list goes on….. all by us!
