🟢💥💨 Mobile Sandblasting 💥💨🟢

This is a recent job completed for a local undertakers, with primer and 2k topcoat also provided for them to paint it themselves afterwards. (Easier than spraying due to surroundings).

A lot of care had been taken to avoid damaging the surrounding areas, preventing any dust entering the building and providing a high level finish, proving that choosing your sandblasting company is very important when it comes to your projects as things can easily go wrong with lack of experience or care.

It’s fairly rare but after suffering a compressor breakdown recently I’m very greatful to have top class customers, a big thank you to you all for your custom and patience!!

🟢💥💨 Shotblasting, Powdercoating & onsite spraying 💥💨🟢

Here we have pedestrian safety barriers at a local business that have been collected from site, shotblasted, galvanised and powdercoated and then returned for fitting by the on site engineers.

Also, the weigh bridge island has been shotblasted on site, epoxy primed and finished in a nice bright 2k yellow.

Another company taking care of its assets and investing in the longevity of these items.

It’s been great dealing with the guys on site and hope to work together again soon.

First go at a time laps on this lovely property nestled in up towards the sugarloaf.

This customer had another company out to do high pressure jet washing and doff cleaning to remove coatings but with no success. There’s no replacement for displacement 💪🏼

It won’t allow me to upload any photos and a close up video along side it due to file sizes so I will put them in the comments section for those of you who are interested.

Here is some structural steel work for a good customer of mine that has been blasted and painted recently removing many coats of failed paint and replaced with a thick protective coating.

Preventative maintenance will have saved a much higher cost of replacement in years to come.

🟢💥💨 Commercial Site Work 💥💨🟢

January is usually the quietest month for blasting work but not this January, a whole month based on site up in Cardiff for a new customer, shotblasting steelwork back to required profile and cleanliness ready for fireproofing.

Distance isn’t an object for large jobs like these, with the shot delivered straight to site, and having everything lorry mounted it made it easy to move around other trades on site maximising productivity and minimising disruption.

A huge thank you to the customer for trusting valley to carry out this project and continue proving that hard work and pride in business is very much important.

Here are some photos of an internal cast staircase blasted in preparation for a fresh coat of paint.

Incredible preparation by the painter who was very happy with the end result after spending some time with other stripping methods with slow success.

There’s a photo below of what the visibility is like internally when blasting.

M Plant Hire ‘s new plant body in for a respray!

Made easy using the gantry’s in the shed which are capable of lifting 20T combined.

Lifted off of the lorry and straight back on once complete to go back to the yard ready for a new floor.

Ive recently teamed up with a local keen painter to improve turn around times and always provide a consistent high standard.

A big thank you to M Plant for the continued support. I wish you the best of luck with it.
