1st “Carmarthenshire” recycling storage box delivered to a customer this afternoon.
Bigger enough to hold the 3 sacks and room below for the glass and food caddy.
This recycling storage is clad in 15mm shiplap, the lid is covered with EPDM (rubber) and all the timber used is treated. This recycling box will last!
Other cladding option available: feather edge boards or 19mm T&G.
We can and do make these in other sizes, 2 sack, single storage (just the sack storage) and 3 bags on top of each other with shelves for the glass and recycling caddies.
I will be posting more example as and when I get time in between jobs to build them.
Current lead time is around 3 weeks from order to delivery.

This is the design we have settled on for our recycling boxes, made from treated timber and very robust and build to last.

This one is clad in a shiplap cladding, we will also have a feather edge cladding version and a T&G cladding finish, I will be making those very soon, so you can see exactly how they will look.

This is the 2 bag version, they will also come in a 3 bag version for us in Carmarthenshire. I will also do a double decker version, which will allow you to store the glass bin and food caddy below the bags, doors can also be fitted to hide the those.

The roof can be covered in an EPDM covering (rubber covering) to make the Recycling storage box weather proof.

I will confirm prices tomorrow, however, as an estimate I think they will come in around the following prices, which will include delivery to anywhere with Carmarthenshire

3 bag version
Feather edge cladding around £150
Shiplap cladding around £180
T&G cladding around £200

And the double decker will probably be around an extra £60

To add EPDM roofing covering approximately £20

3 bag version is 150cm long x 50cm high and 60cm wide.
Double decker will be 100cm high

3 arched pods built for a school in Swansea.
we make these in a few different lengths, 2 seater, 4, 6 and 8.
we also make them in 2 different widths, 6 foot which is ideal for if the main user are children and 8 foot wide if the main users are adults.
All build using treated timber.

nice little porch build this week,
200mm supporting post, reclaimed tiles and finished off with fascia and and gutting matching the house.
One job left, bed in the ridge tile, we are still trying to find a right match.

Starting soon we will be changing to recycling sacks in Carmarthenshire, as a result at Locks Timber Products we are in the process of designing a few different types of storage solution for the sacks and food caddy.

By mid October we should have around 5 - 8 different designs.
Have attached a picture of the original one we made about a year ago. New design will not be far from this one.

Prices will made available as soon as we have completed the design.

There will be a few options in regards to the fininsh cladding.
