Not every bathroom renovation is just a refit- this one started out as a bedroom.
We transformed one large room into a modern wet room by constructing a new dividing wall, carrying out the necessary structural alterations, and installing a brand new window to completely reshape the space.
The result? A bright spacious wet room that’s practical, stylish and built around our clients needs.

Thinking about reconfiguring your home to create your ideal bathroom or accessible wet room? We’d love to help- get in touch to discuss your project.

The hall way to this east Ayrshire property certainly had a lot of issues. The first evidence of this was the large cracks in the wallpaper, once we had stripped the many layers of decades old wallpaper off and opened up the walls, we could finally see the extent of the issues.
The works carried out on the hallway included:
- carefully deconstructing one masonry supporting wall at the bottom of stairs and re built it.
- Stitch repairs to masonry party wall and made good plaster work on completion.
- Stripped back hard board cladding from interior glazed entrance.
- Installed new door.
- Carried out decorative repairs.
- New spotlights installed in entrance way and hallway.
- Re decorated
- New carpets and vinyl flooring fitted.

This was quite the transformation! Especially when we uncovered the glazing at the entrance, it made such a difference to the natural light in the space. We think that it was definitely worth the time and effort in the end.
