I went to do an inspection on this consumer unit and the property today after a customer contacted me concerned with trust and the previous electrician

Some of the things I found
Fuse box Holes that you can touch live parts with your finger
Fuse box Cracked
2 failed socket circuits that are dangerously wired and unsafe
Wrong light fittings in bathrooms
Degraded outdoor cables

a whole list of remedials to do throughout the property

And this property apparently passed an EICR 1 year ago

If your unsure of the condition of your electrical installation/or hasn’t been inspected in the last 5-10years
Contact us for advise and to book your EICR today!
