PROJECT NEWCASTLE — COMPLETE.

Some projects just hit differently.

Right in the heart of Newcastle Quayside, this incredible apartment has been a real labour of love from start to finish.

I’d love to take all the credit for the design on this one, but our customer Doug knew exactly what he wanted to create. His eye for architecture, design and the smallest of details made this such an enjoyable project to work alongside him on.

The whole apartment is about the contrast between old and new — original brickwork, exposed timber and steelwork sitting alongside bespoke cabinetry, marble, rich walnut, statement lighting and contemporary finishes.

Nothing has been done without thought. Every material, every finish and every detail has its place.

There’s been plenty of blood, sweat and tears behind the scenes getting this one finished, but that’s what makes seeing the end result even more rewarding.

A seriously special apartment, full of character and individuality, and one we’re incredibly proud to have helped bring to life.

Doug, thank you for trusting us with it.

Project Newcastle. Complete. 🤎

Before a single tile goes up, you'll see exactly what's going into your bathroom. 🧱

Every material, finish and fitting is laid out for you to see, touch and approve; terracotta tiles, terrazzo flooring, brushed black taps, your paint swatches, the lot. No surprises, no guesswork.

That's how this finished space came together. Warm wood tones, matt black fixtures, and a calming neutral palette; all chosen by our client.

Because the best results start with the right plan. 🌿

This isn't a hotel suite... it's somebody's actual bathroom! 🛁

A round freestanding bath, warm wood-effect tiling underfoot and a bronze-framed shower enclosure that feels like something out of a five-star spa.

Designed and installed by our team, it's proof that you don't need to travel far to feel like you're somewhere special.

Could your bathroom feel like this? ✨

Weekend mode: sketchpad out, coffee on, big ideas brewing ☕✏️

Warm travertine, fluted oak cabinetry, freestanding bath with nothing but garden views and brushed brass that catches the morning light just right.

Biophilic design is one of the biggest trends in luxury bathrooms right now, and honestly, it's not hard to see why.

Friday energy = the fanciest room in the house being the smallest one 🚪✨

Crane wallpaper, brushed brass fittings, sage panelling and that basin? That's a genuine Thomas Crapper, the original British toilet makers since 1861. Because if you're going to do a downstairs WC, you may as well do it properly. 👌

Who said a downstairs WC can't be the most talked-about room when guests come over? 😄

We designed and installed every inch of this and we'd love to do the same for your home.
