Last year we started a job for a friend. Poor lad had a bad run with a few other trades in before we started. . First 5 pictures are what greeted us when we walked in.
After a bit of a restart we finally got going with a design and build.
Rather an epic job, as we decided to do everything on this job.
First fix joinery , stud walls , balcony walls , making floor joists good.
Making the window boards for the balcony’s , tv unit , shelves in the entrance and pillar tops
Plasterboard and plastering right through.
Second fix joinery , skirtings , doors , boxing in. Design and fit the kitchen.
Painted right through , including cleaning and painting the concrete floor.
We moved the lad from his old house , hung the pictures , made and fit heavy duty curtain poles , made up the flat pack bed , bedside cabinets, we even cleaned the bath !!!

The mezzanine floor was designed, made and fit by Bespoke Fabrications
Electric work by Hellon Electrical
Plumbing by Moom ??? Good plumber but not a clue what his business is called.
Fantastic work by all the lads on this job. Credit to you all lads

BTP invited me to help them run a groundwork’s boot camp.
With everyone there getting job interviews it was 100% success
