Overnight temperatures have fallen into minus figures. Having pipes insulated can help prevent them from freezing especially in exposed areas like lofts. If you are worried about any pipework and need it checking then I can provide a survey and free quote.

I attended a very bad leaking stop c**k on Tuesday evening and managed to stop it, then returned the following day to install a new one. It was lovely to receive a text of how grateful the customer was as well as wishing me a happy birthday.

I've been toying with the idea of having a card machine to make it easier for my customers, especially when it is a small job with not much cost involved. My charges would remain the same but would it be a good idea or not??

Last year I lost my Google business page due to no fault of my own. This meant the loss of all reviews, write ups and photos.
After starting again Google came back to a couple of months later saying they'd made a mistake but it was too late.
So, wasn't I over the moon receiving a 5 star review today. It is wonderful to feel appreciated 😊
