*The Promoter
The competition is organised and promoted by JJPM CONSTRUCTION & LANDSCAPING (the “Promoter”).
*Eligibility
The competition is open only to residents of Cardiff, Barry and the Vale of Glamorgan.
Employees of the Promoter, and members of their immediate household, are not eligible to
enter.
*Site Survey
A full site survey must be completed by the Promoter before any entry is put forward for the public vote. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any property that is, in its reasonable opinion, unsuitable for the prize works.
*The Prize
The prize comprises products supplied and installed exclusively by the Promoter. No third-
party supply or installation is permitted.
There is no cash alternative. The prize may not be exchanged, transferred, assigned or given to any person other than the confirmed winner.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater
value should circumstances beyond its reasonable control require it.
*Winner Availability
The winner must be available for works to commence no later than 1 December 2026. If the winner is unable to meet this requirement, the Promoter may withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
*General
The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the competition is final.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
