Serious progress on site with the team putting in the hours and hard work in the run-up to Easter. Clean work, strong pace, and it’s all starting to come together exactly how we planned.

We were delighted to return to this property for a valued client, following the successful completion of their loft conversion. This phase of works involved the construction of a shell build extension alongside a fully landscaped garden ,enhancing both the scale and setting of the home in preparation for the client to finish the internal works.

his internal brick feature wall is already standing out — final pointing to come.

Complete Bungalow Refurbishment, Extension & Dormer Conversion completed in Sully ✅

We recently completed a full refurbishment of a bungalow, transforming the property into a modern, spacious family home.

The project included a rear extension to create a dedicated utility room, alongside a full-length dormer conversion. This allowed us to significantly increase the usable living space, adding a new master bedroom complete with an ensuite.

From structural alterations through to final finishes, the entire property was upgraded to a high standard, improving both functionality and long-term value.

This is a great example of how thoughtful design and quality construction can completely rework an existing home.
