🚧 Join Our Team – Labourer / Trainee Construction Operative 🚧

C&M Developments Ltd are looking for a hardworking and motivated young person who wants to start a career in the construction industry and learn a skilled trade.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is reliable, eager to learn, and looking to gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced tradesmen on a variety of residential building projects.

What you’ll be doing:
✔ Assisting skilled trades on site
✔ General labouring duties
✔ Site preparation and maintenance
✔ Learning all aspects of construction and building work
✔ Supporting projects from foundations through to completion

What we’re looking for:
✔ Positive attitude and strong work ethic
✔ Punctual and reliable
✔ Willingness to learn new skills
✔ Ability to work as part of a team
✔ Full UK driving licence is preferred or be able to get to site.

Two weeks in — and the transformation on the new Rhiwbina project is already speaking for itself.

Serious progress on site with the team putting in the hours and hard work in the run-up to Easter. Clean work, strong pace, and it’s all starting to come together exactly how we planned.

This one isn’t just another project — it’s going to be a standout space when it’s finished.

We were delighted to return to this property for a valued client, following the successful completion of their loft conversion. This phase of works involved the construction of a shell build extension alongside a fully landscaped garden ,enhancing both the scale and setting of the home in preparation for the client to finish the internal works.

his internal brick feature wall is already standing out — final pointing to come.
