, the hugely popular Bristol street food brand, is bringing its award winning barbecue to Wales with an opening at Newport Market.

Taking over the former Tiny Rebel unit at the front of the market, the new venue has undergone a full refurbishment and fit out, with RPA proudly delivering Project Management services throughout the scheme.

A key element of the project was the installation of extensive ventilation systems to support the large smokers and grills that are central to the Low & Slow experience.

RPA supported this great social housing project in Trecynon (RCT) as Employers Agent and QS, working closely with Prestige Homes Wales and Trivallis.
The development delivered 4 x 4 bedroom EPC A rated MMC family homes, thoughtfully designed and providing much needed housing in a high demand area.

Delighted to see this project now open and trading.

Having supported the scheme in our roles as PM, QS and Bank Monitors, it was a pleasure to attend the soft launch last weekend and see the vision brought to life. Platform Street Food is a vibrant new bar and street food destination, and a fantastic addition to the Loft Co portfolio.

The venue offers capacity for 100 externally and 130 covers internally, and is uniquely positioned at the end of the tracks at the southern terminus of the Butetown branch line. With four street food units and a family-friendly, inclusive atmosphere, it brings something fresh and exciting to the area.

A great addition to Cardiff Bay and a valuable asset to the local community—we look forward to seeing its continued success.
