One of the worst cases of workmanship we’ve come across. 😳
Today we inspected a site that has unfortunately been completely let down by poor workmanship.
A huge summerhouse that should have been a standout feature is now ruined, with retaining walls throughout the site also needing to be completely removed.
There’s simply no point trying to patch or hide the problems — the whole lot needs to come down and be started again properly.
What a waste of time, materials and money. 💷
This is exactly why quality foundations, correct construction methods and attention to detail matter from day one.
At Legion Developments, we’d rather take the time to build it properly than cut corners and leave a client with a much bigger bill further down the line.
Sometimes starting again is the only way forward.
