🔧 A couple of small jobs completed this week – but both causing big headaches for the homeowners.

🚰 Bathroom Basin Tap Replacement
The existing tap had completely given up thanks to heavy limescale build-up and corrosion. Internals were beyond saving, so we removed it and fitted a brand new mono mixer tap.

Result?
✔️ Smooth operation
✔️ No leaks
✔️ Clean, modern finish

Sometimes it’s not worth fighting a failing tap – replacement is the proper fix.

🔥 Seized Radiator Valve Replaced
We were also called out to a radiator that simply wouldn’t heat up properly. The valve had seized internally, restricting flow and stopping circulation.

We swapped it out for new valves and restored full circulation – radiator now heating as it should.

We were recently called out to an emergency where floorboards had been fixed and a screw was driven directly through a central heating pipe running beneath the floor.

This caused a leak within the heating system and required immediate repair to prevent further damage.
