Job completed this week just outside of Canterbury .

Re-bedded the ridge tiles at the top of the house, replaced a few damaged tiles and repointed the chimney.

Nothing major — just a bit of regular roof maintenance that can go a long way in preventing bigger problems down the line. 🛠️

🔨 Another roof transformation just outside Canterbury! 🔨

This little outhouse had unfortunately been left in a terrible state after previous work was carried out incorrectly.

The existing shingles had been removed, old insulation was left behind and new roof boards had been fitted with 100mm screws going straight through the roof. The previous contractors then disappeared, leaving the customer with a serious problem to resolve.

The customer contacted DM Roofing to put things right.

We removed all of the previous work, stripped everything back and started again, installing the roof correctly from the ground up.

The customer wanted a more modern look, so we installed a fresh, modern roofing system with everything properly detailed and finished to a high standard.

🔨 Another job completed in Ashford! 🔨

We recently carried out some much-needed maintenance for a lovely lady in Ashford.

The gutters were completely packed with old moss and debris, while the soffits, fascias, guttering and window areas had become heavily blackened and weathered over time.

DM Roofing came in, cleared out the gutters, cleaned everything down and gave the property the maintenance it needed.

Sometimes a good clean and a bit of maintenance can completely transform the look of a property without the need for major works.

A much-needed transformation on this property, bringing everything back up to a high standard.

✅ Old asbestos soffits and fascias removed and replaced with new PVC
