Under a Design and Build Contract, we prepared the technical design which led to the development of 220 homes in Seasalter.

What a fun project this was! The existing building got an upgrade with an extension and conversion to form a new printing showroom with administrative and sales facilities alongside.

Broad Oak Business Park 🚘

Abbey Design are pleased to confirm that Phase 1 of the site redevelopment has now been completed!

The aim of this project was to redevelop the existing site to form a new business park suitable for retail, trade counter, office or business use.

Unit 1 has been fitted out by the returning tenant, who has now commenced trading from their new premises.
