New Project Announcement – Office Refurbishment (CAT B )

We’re pleased to be starting a CAT B office refurbishment across multiple offices within a Grade II listed office complex, delivering upgrades to the electrical infrastructure while respecting the character of this historic building.

Our scope of works includes:
🔹 Upgrading existing MCBs to RCBOs to improve circuit protection and safety
🔹 Installation of new energy-efficient lighting throughout the space
🔹 Implementation of modern lighting controls
🔹 Small power alterations to suit the new office layout and functionality

Working within a listed building requires careful planning and attention to detail.
Our team looks forward to delivering a solution that combines modern electrical performance with the preservation of the building’s heritage.

We’re pleased to announce the start of a CAT A office fit-out in Birmingham.

Our electrical scope includes:
🔹 Upgrading circuit protection
🔹 Full new lighting design and re-wire, including emergency lighting
🔹 Lightning protection
🔹 Complete new underfloor busbar system
🔹 Cleaners’ sockets
🔹 Internal & external mechanical supplies
🔹 Disabled alarm system

🔥 Fire alarm by AA Fire & Security LTD

All works will be fully tested and certified, with completion scheduled for late spring.

• Working to high safety and quality standards

📋 What We’re Looking For:
✔ Approved Electrician
✔ Electrical qualifications to national standard
✔ 18th Edition (BS 7671)
✔ 2391 inspection and testing
✔ ECS Card
✔ Full UK driving licence
✔ Experience in commercial & industrial work
✔ Strong understanding of Health & Safety
✔ Good communication & organisational skills
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Willingness to travel and stay away if required
