⚡ Electrical Apprentice / Trainee Vacancy ⚡
Little Miss Sparky Ltd - Cannock, Staffordshire
We’re looking for an ambitious and committed Electrical Apprentice / Trainee who is ready to complete their NVQ and AM2 and build a long-term career as an excellent electrician.
This role is ideal for someone who has already completed, or is very close to completing, their Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification and is now looking for the right employer to support them through the final stages of becoming fully qualified.

You’ll join a supportive, high-performing team where you’ll gain practical experience, develop to a high standard and work towards becoming one of the best in the industry.
Who we’re looking for

You should also:
- Have completed Level 3 Electrical Installation
- Be looking to complete your NVQ and AM2
- Have held a full UK driving licence for at least 2 years, ideally clean
- Have some previous electrical, construction, labouring or practical DIY experience
- Be confident using hand and power tools
- Be able to pass an Enhanced DBS check

Our work includes testing and inspection, fault finding, consumer unit upgrades, rewires, lighting, EV charging, landlord work and domestic electrical installations.
We don’t want someone who simply wants to get qualified and move on.
We want someone who is curious, driven and determined to become an excellent electrician - someone who wants to understand the industry properly, continue developing throughout their career and ultimately become someone others look to as an example of how the job should be done.
If you want to do the bare minimum, this probably isn’t the role for you.
