Our Fell HSA fully auto rotary knife lathe finally up and running, shown here turning oak Railway keys. The wood rotation can be controlled to have a fast roughing speed and a slower finish speed for a nice finish. We are running on a cam to produce this shape and any shape cam from square, oval, octagon or hexagon etc cam ca be applied to produce whatever shape.

Another project and should be an interesting project, Torrteda Hidropal lathe which has been converted to cnc with steppers back in the day when Turners & Moore - Wood Cut To Size originally owned it I think. Now to have a face lift by upgrading it to a 4 axis cnc servo retrofit. Should be an interesting project.
