A unique semi detached property in Sedgley repointed recently. Plus some sealing up around windows and fascias. Scaffold up and down really quick thanks to Bridgart Scaffolding Solutions
Customer is really happy with all the work carried out.

Knocking off a handful of small jobs today. This one in particular - a recently installed patio was butted up to the brickwork above the DPC, causing efflorescence. If left for too long damp could have penetrated the wall. I cleaned off the efflorescence and installed a soakaway to help resolve the issue.

When having a new patio, always make sure they landscape it below the DPC. Under certain circumstances when this cannot be done, have them install a channel drain. It will save you a lot of hassle, especially in solid wall / pre-war properties 👍
