The kitchen isn’t even installed yet… and somehow the floor is already stealing the show 👀✨

120x120 marble-effect porcelain tiles fitted this week for one of our renovation projects.

We’re currently working on two bathrooms in the same home 🔧

Same materials, same style — just adapted to different layouts.

One is built around a shower 🚿
This one is designed for a bath 🛁

To make it work, we had to reconfigure the space, including installing a new window to fit the bath with a glass screen.

Simple, clean and being built with care to a high standard.

Using:
✔️ Grey tiles (30x60 walls / 60x60 floor)
✔️ Wall-hung toilet (Geberit)
✔️ Floating vanity unit

Both still in progress — final results coming soon 👀

This one turned into a proper challenge 😅

We started with a tiny WC with barely any usable space, so the only option was to knock through the wall and extend the room.

That gave us just enough space to fit a proper 80 x 110 shower — which completely changes how usable the bathroom will be 🚿

The window made things eventrickier… it was originally one large window split by an internal wall 🤯
So we removed it and installed a smaller one to free up space for all the bathroom fittings.

This is still work in progress, but you can already see the difference.

And just to make things more interesting… we’re renovating TWO bathrooms at the same time in this house 😅
This is just the first one.

Fresh self-levelling compound poured in a 50m²+ living room and hallway – preparing the subfloor for laminate flooring installation.

When replacing carpets with laminate or engineered flooring, the most important step is what’s underneath.

Uneven subfloor =

Bathroom renovation in a UK bungalow 🛠️

This bathroom started as a tired, outdated space.

The client wanted something clean, modern and practical — but still timeless.

So we stripped it back to the basics and rebuilt it properly.

✔️ New terrazzo-style wall tiles to half height
✔️ Large 60x60 grey floor tiles for a seamless feel
✔️ Bespoke extended toilet boxing designed to flow into the vanity unit
✔️ Dual heating towel rail (gas + electric)
✔️ All electrics hidden and completed to standards

These stairs had seen years of daily life — worn carpet, tired wood, no character left.

We stripped everything back, refreshed the wood with a new paint finish, installed a brand-new carpet and completed the look with a stair runner — finished with a carpet rod on every step for a timeless, elegant finish.

Now the stairs don’t just connect floors —

Kitchen renovation project — before and after.
Full DIY remodel completed, from demolition to final details.

We designed a new layout, created a full project for the homeowner, and once he approved it, we built everything exactly as planned.

I focus on practical design, clean finishe, clean spaces that actually work for everyday life.

One of the key decisions was removing a wall that wasn’t necessary anymore. Opening the kitchen into the living room allowed us to create an island kitchen and completely change how the space works and feels.
