Another successful project completed during the school holidays, working to a very tight programme to ensure everything was completed and handed over on time.

The project involved the refurbishment and fit-out of several large offices, a boardroom, multiple toilet facilities and hallways, alongside a range of general repairs and improvement works throughout the site.

Our scope of works included:

🪜 Plastering
🔨 Carpentry & joinery
☑️ Flooring
🎨 Decorating

Complex mansard slate dormer with 2 mini zinc dormers, and solar panels to rear roof and flat roof coming along.

Loft is all plasterered ready for second fix next week ⚡️ 💧 🔨

Loft en-suite bathroom ready for tiler on Monday

First floor all plastered ready for second fix. Including new insulated dry lining to all external walls to help thermal efficiency.
