Many of the things at PAUS have been part of our family long before PAUS existed.
🍷The Slovak w**es from VÍNO NATURAL Domin & Kušický are one of them.
👯♀️ Our friendship with Diana Domin and Tibor Kusicky began when we were teenagers
🌳 Over the years, our families have celebrated life’s milestones together, shared countless meals and, naturally, many glasses of w**e.
💍 When our daughter Alex married Henry in Cambridge in 2019, the only w**e served at the Reception was theirs — a wedding gift from D&K family.
🍷 Today, many of you simply know it as “the Slovak w**e” at the Hilltop Bistro.
This Saturday, the story continues…
Diana and Tibor’s son David Kušicky, whom we’ve known since he was born, will be with us on Saturday 19th September from around midday.
🎓 After studying organic viticulture at prestigious university and returning to the family w**ery, he’s now helping write its next chapter.
