Another busy week for Cambridge Property Maintenance.

Bathroom floor repair completed

This bathroom floor had failed underneath, caused by a leaking toilet seal over time.

We removed the old damaged flooring, fitted new tile backer boards, re-laid new tiles and refitted the toilet seal to help stop the issue happening again.

The floor is now repaired, secure and ready for use again, with the landlord happy with the finished result.

Small brickwork repair carried out for a landlord.

The damaged brickwork had previously been stuck back with mastic.

Fair play for the optimism… but bricks and mastic were never going to be best friends 😂

We removed it, rebuilt the section properly and made the wall safe and tidy again.

Not every job is a big one, but small repairs like this make a real difference to the front of a property.

Property Turnaround Before Tenant Move-In

This one needed a quick turnaround, with a new tenant due to move in this week.

The garden had become overgrown and the house needed a clean through, so we got it back to a cleaner, and more presentable standard inside and out.

Works carried out:
• Grass cut
• Garden tidy-up
• Outside areas tidied
• Internal house clean
• Property ready for the incoming tenant

We recently carried out this front wall repair for a local letting agent and landlord.
