Moving at a great pace on one of our projects in Cambridge !

More steel to go in still next week 😅 but we will be glad to see all that finished .

With our other larger projects in full swing and moving along swiftly , we have started a double garage conversion. This garage conversion will become a new leisure area for the clients and their with a nice set of bifolds to look out on their garden .

Looking forward to progressing this even more over the next few weeks , door opening created and steel installed , windows and doors are on order and screed is being done tomorrow after we have prepped the floor with a radon gas barrier and insulation . All remaining brickwork will be picked up early next week . ✔️

Great progress on our central Cambridge project !

Electricians and plumbers doing their first fix work over the next two weeks and the roof being finished next week opening up the external rendering .

Stairs are expected next week !

Looking on a really good push over the next 4-5 weeks to get this into its final stages !

Cambridge HMO build . Looking to have this water tight in the next few weeks and giving it a really good push internally !

We have recently completed our Over project !

What a pleasure this one was for lovely family in the village I grew up in !

Now they can enjoy it in the sun watching the new grass grow 🏡🌞
