This porch was abit past it. So much so I didnt feel safe dismantling it the way I normally would so it had to be pulled down. Door way moved, old one blocked up walls rendered to a smooth float finnish. New pvc porch fitted.
New grp flat roof insulated with the appropriate cross flow ventilation.
Inside ceiling skimmed.

Small shed rendered in 1 coat render.
Old render taken off as it had failed from the beads being put on with internal dab.
(Mark's on the facia were from previous painting)

Over the next few weeks me and my family have alot of appointments and my partner is having an operation so I've had to push booked in work back. Which means over the next couple of weeks I have some space spare to carry out any smaller jobs you may need doing. From handy man stuff to small plastering and plumbing jobs. For enquiries please WhatsApp me on 07950953404 many thanks Matt

This customers posts had rotted, allowing the hedge to push it out into the pavement. They wanted to save as many boards as possible to save some money on materials. Luckily there were only a handful that were no good, adjusted the spacing slightly to accommodate so we didnt have to put any new boards in, so you can't tell it has been repaired.
New posts, new rails, new gravel boards and then the old father edge used.

Me and my dad built this fish pond with a viewing window, close to about 18 years ago. Unfortunately I don't have a picture of the finnished pond from back then.
But her fish Unfortunately died so she wanted it filled in and paved to create another usable section of garden.
