Removal of old Wetroom floor, new floor boards and LVT flooring. Had to remove and install in a day as the customer needed a toilet.

• Plastering: 30 years (internal & external, including lime work, pointing, and thin coat renders)
• Carpentry: 8 years
• Plumbing: 4 years
• Painting: 2 years
Services I offer:
• Full property renovations
• Kitchen and bathroom fitting
• Hardwood, LVT, and laminate flooring
• Decking
• Installation of all internal doors (including FD30 fire doors, oak veneer, and standard doors)
• Slate roofing and EDPM flat roofing (no fibreglass or tar)
• Velux window installation
I also provide maintenance services – from one-off jobs to regular scheduled contracts.
All work is fully insured, guaranteed, and carried out personally by me – no subcontractors!
