Some one has had a new installation of a toilet, it’s their pride and joy at the moment.
BUT!!!
In 5 years it could be. Different story with a leaking flush cone at the back of the toilet or and overflowing cistern. I see these installations a lot with the minimal look but think how will it be fixed when it goes wrong.

A bit of a nightmare job having to chip out this broken shower. Replaced temporarily with a bar shower until the customer redoes their en-suite.
Not to say they where happy with the finish job 🤩

With a bit of investigation work, we find the culprit, a totally blocked old tower aerator.
Drain down and rejig on the pipes and Boom the heating is back on.
