We are looking for a Project/Contract Manager to join our busy team and help shape a new role within our business!

As this is a new role for us, there is an oportunity to make it your own and play a key part in supporting the future growth of Bodman Builders. Alongside this, you'll enjoy all of the usual perks of working for us including early finishes on Fridays, an annual leave loyalty scheme, bi-annual family events, and a competitve salary.

We're looking for someone with a project management qualification, experience in the construction industry and strong client liasion skills.

**How it started ➡️ How it’s going**

From an empty plot to a home taking shape.

This project began with a blank site and plans for a bespoke three-bedroom home built specifically for our client. Since then, the build has moved on well, with the main structure now up and the layout of the property starting to come together.

A good stage of the project where you can start to see the design translate into real life.

We’ll be sharing more updates as work continues on this one-off new build. 🔨🏡

✨🏡Time for a sneak peek🏡✨

There's something special about bringing an older building back to life! Our client asked us to sympathetically restore their three bedroom home, something that we pride ourselves on.

Here's a little before and after from one of the bedrooms. This room has been carefully restored whilst giving the space a new lease of life:

✅ Traditional lime plaster
✅ New sliding sash windows and an internal door fitted to suit the character and age of the property
✅ A neutral carpet to finish.

The team have certainly done a great job on this one 👏 more from this renovation coming soon...

We’re a bit late to the party, but Happy New Year and thank you for all of the support in 2025!

Last year you kept us so busy that we couldn’t keep up with posting! But that means we have plenty of great projects to show you. Our New Year’s Resolution is to do better across our social media channels, so keep your eyes peeled to see what we’ve been up to 👀

2026 is showing no sign of slowing down with lots of exciting projects already booked in, as well as new enquiries coming through. We’re excited to bring you along with us!

But for now, we’ll leave you with a picture of some of the team enjoying the dodgems (a bit too much) at our Christmas Party!

Just before Christmas we helped our clients to maximise the storage space available to them in their dressing room by installing these floor to ceiling wardrobes by Howdens.

These units are able to be customised to suit all your personal storage needs.

There's nothing like a bit of render to brighten up and protect your home.

This through colour lime render offers all the benefits of lime breathability and protection of the building, whilst also transforming your home.

We also offer traditional three coat lime render, including lime wash and silicate paints.

Looking after older properties is something we do best! With thanks to B. Russell External Rendering Ltd for helping us out with this project.

Last year we had the pleasure of working on this extension for our clients. It gave them a new kitchen/dining space and a new W/C.

We extended the living space, installed underfloor heating, installed the W/C and completed all decorating, including wood panelling, wall and floor tiling. The two new lanterns, incorporated in the EPDM flat roof, make the space light and airy.
