Total house renovation along with a conversion of the double garage and stables into a separate living accommodation for a possible Airbnb. EV chargers were fitted to both the main house and the garage conversion this property also benefits from a 9Kw solar installation and a Tesla battery.

Last night at 5pm we received a call asking if we could provide enough fairy lights for a marquee which had to be fitted today ready for a wedding tomorrow (Thursday). We managed to source 40 sets of lights at 38 meters long at 6:45pm and had them delivered by 9am this morning. The marquee company had supplied a contractor to install some lights, however, they supplied and started to install bright white lights rather than a warm white light which was asked for.

Today we started the first phase of works for this property which will be a lot of alterations and additions to the property. The future plans for this property include a couple of extensions and the possibility of a new build property on some of the surrounding land.

Last month we finished our final barn conversion of a large project that we have been part of for the last year. They've gone from derelict cattle sheds to luxury holiday lets.

No Internet?? No Problem 🙌

Recently for one of our farming clients we installed a 4G router and some Ubiquiti access points to a holiday cottage which has no services. The 4G router gave them a download speed of 37Mbps and 3no. Ubiquiti access points gave complete Wifi access throughout the property.

Over the last couple of weeks we have recently carried out the 1st fix of our next barn conversion. Hopefully within the next couple of weeks we will be back to start the 2nd fix.

Installation of 3 compartment dado trunking for an office building. New sockets installed along with cat 5e data sockets. In the mains cupboard, a new distribution board was installed and a tidy up for the new data racks which we had also installed.

This unit was converted from a dairy to a beef unit, which we had undertaken a full LED lighting upgrade, internally and externally along with some other electrical works.
