As 2025 comes to a close, we want to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who’s been part of P&E Board this year.

❗️New site secured❗️

We have successfully secured Cloverlea Gardens with Persimmon Homes. The site is located in Kingswood, Wotton-under-Edge.

The contract is for 54 plots and consists of timber frame constructed homes.

❗️New site secured❗️

We have managed to secure Phase 2 of Redlands Grove built by Bellway Homes. The site is located in Wanborough, east of Swindon.

The contract consists of 111 plots, and we are due to start at the end of May.

An update on our current sites. 👷‍♂️

We are currently working on 31 sites as shown on the map. Covering an area from Weston-super-Mare across to Oxford, including as far north as Gotherington! We have over 2000 plots remaining to work through across these sites.

Our current clients include big names such as Persimmon Homes, Bellway Homes, David Wilson Homes, Taylor Wimpey, and many more. The sites we work on vary in size, from large single unit homes to sites with hundreds of plots.

We are currently working on 27 housing developments and have 2235 plots to get through across these sites.

Bristol / Gloucester

Tacking and taping work on 2 x timber frame sites at Cribbs Causeway, and traditional houses at Cribbs, Weston-Super-Mare, Churchill, Filton, and more in the pipeline.

Dabbing and taping works at Weston-Super-Mare, Churchill, Cribbs, Filton and Berkeley Dene.

We also have work coming up in Gloucester and Lydney for anyone who may be interested.

Swindon / Wiltshire / Shrivenham / Oxford way etc.
