🏡 ANOTHER RENOVATION COMPLETE — AND SOLD STC BEFORE HITTING THE MARKET! 🔥

Another huge transformation completed by the Davies Property team! 👏

This property was bought through probate off market & then sold off market to a 1st time buyer!

This property hadn’t seen much love for a long time, so we stripped it right back and started again — turning it into a fresh, modern 3-bedroom home ready for its new owners.

The works included:

🔨 Reconfiguration to create a 3rd bedroom
⚡ Full rewire
🚿 Full replumb
🍽️ Brand-new modern kitchen
🛁 Complete bathroom renovation
🪟 New uPVC door & replacement windows
🚪 Oak internal doors throughout
✨ Naked Blonde Oak LVT with a rose gold feature border strip
🏡 Topez carpets
🌿 Full garden transformation
💎 New resin-bound patio

A massive amount of work went into this one, but the team pulled together from start to finish and the end result is something we're really proud of. 👏

And we didn't even get the chance to put it on the open market…

🔑 SOLD STC BEFORE HITTING THE MARKET! 🔑

That's always a great way to finish a project! 🙌

Another tired property brought back to life and another fantastic result for the team. 💪🏡
