Our latest full renovation project is now fully underway in Llanbradach 🔨🏡

Another stunning Wren Kitchens installation completed for our lovely customers in Bedwas 🔥

Our customers carried out the rip out of the old kitchen and floor tiles themselves, along with all plumbing and electrics to get everything prepped and ready for us 👏

From there, we got to work…

✅ Applied a 2-part latex levelling system to remove all floor imperfections
✅ Completed all plastering works before installation
✅ Drafted in our No.1 LVT installer Pro Lay Flooring LTD to lay our supplied Grey Oak LVT planks
✅ Installed easy-clean plastic skirting & architraves
✅ Added stylish feature wall panelling to finish the space perfectly

The results speak for themselves! 🙌

At the start of the year, we purchased Atwoods — a prominent building in our valley with so much history — and since October 2025 we’ve been working through plans to bring the building up to date while keeping its character and purpose within the community.

We have now submitted plans to convert the large upstairs flat into **2 modern two-bedroom flats** for the rental market, whilst proudly retaining the ground floor shop.

Over the past few months, we’ve had several offers to turn the building into an HMO, including funding offers and “hands-free” management packages for 5 years. However, HMOs are not something we believe is right for this building or the area, so we have turned those offers down.

Our aim is to create two high-quality, fully upgraded homes while preserving the shop as an important part of the valley’s high street and history.

We’re hoping to begin work within the next few months and can’t wait to share the journey and updates along the way.

We’d also love to hear from anyone with ideas for the shop, or from any interested parties looking to rent a prominent large double-fronted retail space.
