I’ve always said some people only ever see the shiny bits ,the taps ,the tiles ,how much water 💧 pressure .
These factors won’t last long in a bathroom environment without the correct first fix applications ..
Two bathrooms to fit out in the same property ,a property that requires a serious ungrade and we are the serious company to do it ,get in touch for your survey

Hallway refurbishment nearing completionin penylan

Plastering and decoration ✅
Bespoke panelling ✅
Remodel of existing doors to create panels ✅
New radiators✅
Skirtings & architraves ✅
Windows 🪟 that had been painted shut for twenty years ,carefully opened and repaired ✅
Self level hallway floor that was seriously out of level prior to tiling ✅
Tile floors
Lower ceiling in landing area as it again was out of level and damaged beyond repair ✅
Level the heads of door 🚪 linings again seriously out of level
Restore staircase and decorate

Looking forward to completion as this job took a lot of extra work to get things as we like and on it does peg our diary back slightly ,but we would rather do our work correctly, looking forward now to our next job ,an oak understair office - storage area in Thornhill ,
