What a morning! ☀️ We kicked things off with a fantastic Velux window replacement, upgrading an old window to a brand new 3rd Generation beauty! Not only does it look amazing, but we also installed a Velux Underfelt collar for maximum watertightness – because nobody likes a leaky window!
Now, all that’s left is for the plasterer to work their magic on the inside, and this job will be picture-perfect.

A complete redesign for this one.
The roof was 16° with natural slates in place.
Unfortunately for the customer natural slates don’t go down to the degree pitch.
Rain water was getting through
The customer wanted to keep the slate look in order to match the main roof so we installed a low degree Redland Cambrian slate system
We also upgraded the windows as they were water damaged.
Underfelt collars were installed and new 3rd generation Velux roof windows.
This one come out lovey and is now in full working order against the elements

Another flat roof renewal/upgrade completed this week using EPDM rubber.
There was a lot of standing water settled at the back on this one so we added ferring pieces to create a better fall allowing it to run off nicely into the gutter.

A complete valley renewal upgrade carried out and completed this week on Caddington.
Inside is all nice and dry again.

A little flat roof completed in Flamstead.
The roof was 31 years old and in need of upgrading.
The old roof including the boards were removed and disposed of.

We used an EPDM rubber system along with installing a new deck out of OSB 3 boards.

Very happy customers. 😃

Completed project in Caddington. 🔨
The dormer had been re-roofed a couple of years ago but unfortunately not to a very good standard. Rain water was getting in internally.
So we stripped it right back including the pitched roof elevations and renewed it all.
We used the existing tiles on the pitched elevations along with new sand face brown tiles on the dormer.
Now back in full working order for the next 60 years plus.

A newly installed flat roof completed last week.
We designed and installed the wooden joist structure along with installing the roofline and drainage.
To finish we used rubber EPDM membrane to weather it.
A nice little project.
