📢 WE’RE HIRING – GENERAL OPERATIVE 🦺
We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking General Operative to join our team!
This is a hands-on role with a variety of duties around the yard, on the trucks and the production area. No previous experience is necessary, as full training can be provided for the right candidate!
🔹 Duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Wheelbarrowing concrete on site and assisting with concrete deliveries.
* Concrete block production and general manufacturing duties.
* Keeping the yard, work areas and trucks clean, tidy and organised.
* Assisting with general yard duties and day-to-day operations.
* Taking initiative and helping out wherever needed.
✅ We’re looking for someone who:
* Is hardworking, reliable and enthusiastic.
* Takes health and safety seriously
* Has good initiative and a positive, can-do attitude.
* Takes pride in keeping the yard, equipment and trucks clean and tidy.
* Is happy working outdoors and getting stuck into physical work.
* Is willing to learn new skills and work as part of a team.
Applicants must be aged 18 or over.
Experience is an advantage, but attitude is more important than qualifications. We’re happy to train someone who is keen to learn and willing to put the effort in! For the right candidate there will be opportunities to gain the relevant tickets - personal to you - to operate our machinery.
