•Old failing perished clay tiles and ridges removed.
•New breathable membrane and tanailised battens.
•New Spanish slate and CR2 mechanically fixed ridges.
•Both verges were finished off with mortar with a cut point.

New breathable membrane and tanalised battens.
New anthracite tiles and ridges fitted.
New lead around chimneys.
New uPVC gutters back and front plus downpipes.
New maintenance free snow board on the back.
New dry-fix ridge system.

Felt roof replacement in Buxton.

Removed all the old wet felt roof.
Fitted new OSB boards.
Supplied and fitted a new EDPM rubber roof with all the trims.
New black uPVC fasicas/soffit and gutters fitted also.

Job completed this week inbetween reroofs in Buxton.

Old faded gutter/downpipes and a soil stack removed and replaced with new brown uPVC gutter and downpipes, with a new black soil stack supplied and fitted.

•Removed all the old failing tiles and cleared the roof.
•Fitted new breathable membrane and tanalised battens.
•Fitted new anthracite soffits and fascias all around the perimeter
•Laid new anthracite tiles and matching ridges.
•Installed a maintenance free, fully mechanical dry-fix ridge system.
•Supplied and fitted a durable, weatherproof EDPM rubber flat roof system on the dormer.
•Completed the look with by fully cladding the dormer with premium anthracite shiplap.
