At habzys we work on trust you trust us to do a good job and we trust you to pay upon the job completion unfortunately today we had a customer think it was smart not to pay us ignore phone calls and text messages but ask for a discount once the work had been completed

We gave her the benefit of the doubt and said we can come by later and collect the cash or bank transfer she insisted cash once her husband was home

She ignored phone calls and text messages so a quick door knock later and the money was put in my hand we don’t need this hastle this customer is now blocked and will never receive any further services

Unfortunately now any new customers will need to show money up front before any job is started we will take that money and only return it if the customer is not satisfied with a valid reason

We are a small company built on trust with 5 star ratings we look after many many OAP customers who have been ripped off in the past And many customers who don’t trust tradesmen after previous incidents

In return we expect what we give trust, respect and payment once the job has been completed out of respect I will not name and shame but all tradesmen beware if customers like this and ask for proof of funds before a job is completed I’ve learned my lesson for today

With that good luck and god bless you all
