Training at our facility, or training at yours. Your choice.

Onsite means less time away from the job. Our facility works well for smaller groups. Either way, same standard.

Could your job bring you near asbestos? Then training isn't a nice to have.

UK law requires awareness training for anyone whose work could expose them to asbestos, covering what to look for and what to do about it.

Need to get your team trained? We can help.

'Only old factories have asbestos.' We wish that were true.

Any building from before 2000 can contain asbestos, however modern it looks today, offices and schools included.

Not sure about your building? Ask us to check.

Schools and asbestos: a subject that deserves more attention than it usually gets.

Many school buildings were constructed when asbestos containing materials were standard practice, often in ceilings and boiler rooms.

Knowing what's there, and keeping that information current, is part of keeping pupils and staff safe.

Managing a school site? Let's talk about your obligations.

Schools. Offices. Warehouses. Factories. Homes. We've surveyed them all.

Every sector brings its own challenges, but the thoroughness of the survey and the clarity of the report never change.

Not sure if we cover your type of building? Ask us.

If you're planning renovations or home improvements during the October half term then it is well worth us having a conversation before you start.

Dependent upon the age of your property you may still have asbestos present which could still pose a risk.

Give us a call on 0161 763 3727 to arrange a survey before you start doing any work.

Is your asbestos survey up to date for 2026? Here's what commercial duty holders need to know

🏢 Asbestos regulations haven’t changed much, but your buildings might have.

If your last asbestos management survey was over a year ago, it could be outdated.

Changes in use, new refurb plans, or simply time passing can all make your survey non-compliant.

➡️ Are all your asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) still present?
➡️ Have any new risks emerged?
➡️ Are all control measures still appropriate?

Our team can carry out management, refurbishment, demolition or reinspection surveys across the UK.
