Just another day just another conservatory…..

Our customer went for the full treatment on this one.

With the old conservatory leaking, being far too cold and also feeling far too warm at times it was time for change

We took the whole roof off this one and rebuilt a new timber frame with 2 Velux windows, finished with the Tapco Tiles new fascia and guttering.

We also went for the plasterboard and skim internal finished with some spots lights.

The outside of the conservatory was fading and bubbling so with some help from Manchester Spraying Solutions we got this conservatory back to new. The anthracite grey finish gives it tha fresh new look.

It’s a big one…

And just look at it!

This glass conservatory has had the full works

The original glass roof was making the room far too cold in the winter months but also far to warm in the summer getting the room to temperatures as high as 40degrees.

We installed the icotherm roof system with the metrotile burnt umber tiles with the rosewood fascia and brown guttering.

Internal we finished with a plaster finish and spots lights around the room to give as much even light as possible

And just look at it! 🔥🔥🔥

Another little internal thrown out today….

This conservatory was far too cold this winter for our customer.

Fully insulated and battened with our superfoil quilt.

She went for the cladding finished with spot lights in the ridge.

This space is now a more practical and comfortable area for the family to use more often

Look at this for a transformation

Our customer of sick of this space being used as a dumping ground for bits and bobs. Wasn’t usable for anything and as it was open plan it was making g the kitchen cold and uncomfortable

Soooo we did this!

Full rip down to brick

We replaced the old windows and doors with NEW black/white Upvc windows and door.

We rebuilt the roof changing the shape to a much more sleek and aesthetically pleasing to the eye Lean too finished with a plaster finish with 1 Velux window. The external roof was finished with the Tapco 801 tiles with new black fascia and Ogee guttering.

Internally our customer wanted to entertain and also use the conservatory as a every day living space so she went for a full media wall

Our lads managed to produce this end result in just 5 days, and just look at it 😳❤️🔥

The internal superfoil quilt is the solution!

A quick simple fix that can turn your conservatory into a usable space all year round.

The quilt acts a barrier to prevent both the heat escaping that you have put into the room but also doesn’t allow the summer temperatures to get in through the roof meaning the room stays at a more comfortable temperature.

Ceilings can be finished with both UPVC or a plaster finish along with spots or a feature light.

Full conservatory rebuild

We built this full conservatory from the ground out.
Our customer opted for the rosewood windows and bifold to match the existing house.

We then built a new lightweight roof system with the Tapco tiles along with a Velux window to provide some extra light through the roof and into the dining room in the house

The internal was finished with a full plaster finish and a tiled floor to match the rest of the house.

The garden was fully turned over and mate into a better usable space for all year round getting rid of that grass, replacing with a York stone patio, decking area, concrete base for shed and some flower beds for the customer to add some colour to their new garden
