Sand and cement external render project currently underway.

Walls have been fully beaded and primed, with the scratch coat being applied today ready for the next stages of the system.

Now if we could just keep the rain away, that would be great!

Water Damage Repair & Full Restoration

Following a water leak, this homeowner was left waiting nearly a year for their insurance company to release the funds to carry out the necessary repairs.

Once approved, the damaged areas of tapered plasterboard were carefully removed and replaced, then dry-lined to match the existing construction of the property. The utility room ceiling was also fully skimmed, along with the reveals, carefully feathered into the existing plasterwork to create a seamless finish.

A satisfying job to complete and, most importantly, a very successful outcome for the homeowner.

A huge transformation in this front room, with the new bay window completely finished with new plasterboard and beading.

Full preparation throughout, with sharp, crisp lines created using proper beadwork methods to achieve a clean, professional finish. A great job from start to finish and a huge transformation to the room. 🤝

Thin-coat through-coloured silicone render applied to 3 separate areas of this bungalow.

It’s been super hot throughout this job, but with the right preparation, shade and careful timing, we’ve managed to achieve a perfect finish. ☀️💪

A cracked and outdated lath and plaster bathroom ceiling given a complete refresh! 🔨

Overboarded with fresh plasterboard, fully prepped and finished with a 2-coat skim for a smooth, fresh finish ready for decorating.

A small job to the eye, but this was a busy day — especially with the challenge of getting all the materials up the narrow staircase! 😅

But we do love a challenge! 💪

Another full house renovation completed! 💪🏠

A complete transformation from start to finish, including boarding, full preparation and plaster skimming throughout the house.

Fixing wonky ceilings properly! 📐

Throwback to this full house renovation from earlier this year.

We took on a heavily bowed 35m² living room ceiling—cross-battened, packed, levelled, boarded, and freshly skimmed.Perfectly flat, perfectly smooth, and built to last.

45m² ceiling — this one was a big monster! 💪☀️🥵

Sheeted up and fully protected, all surfaces prepped and treated with grit primer before applying a fresh plaster skim.

All done in 36°C heat, but the finish was worth the sweat! ☀️🔥🥵 Left absolutely spotless when we packed up, with the ceiling ready for the customer to paint.
