New Case Study | Cradley Heath

We’re pleased to share one of our latest projects for a valued returning main contractor at an industrial unit in Cradley Heath.

The project was delivered in two phases, starting with the safe removal and disposal of existing asbestos-containing materials, before returning to site to complete the new roofing and cladding package.

Works included:

▪️ Composite roofing and rooflights
▪️ Trimapanel and composite wall cladding
▪️ PV panels
▪️ Fixed mansafe system
▪️ Insulated valley and eaves gutters

Our established supply chain relationships also allowed us to coordinate the PV and mansafe installations alongside the main roofing and cladding works, providing a seamless package for the client.

The result? A modern, durable building with improved natural light, renewable energy and permanent roof-level fall protection.
