The all new Genisis Procut 3200 beamsaw is now in stock and ready for demonstration. This is a heavy duty machine which can take a blade upto 450mm diameter giving a projection of 120mm. The saw carriage is on linear rails and can work up to 105 m/min. The side aligner is a 'sharks fin' and the machine has servo control to the blade height for grooving. There is also in built optimisation along with bar code labelling and air flotation tables and machine bed for ease of handling.

Big CNC Installation - Day 1 - Not your typical CNC Installation. This was a fully automatic nesting machine onto the first floor of an industrial unit.
