🪚Staircase renovation🔨
Out with the old dark painted spindles and in with the new light oak square spindles, handrail and base rail.
The newel posts were also cladded with oak and finished with an oak capping.

The popular Caraway classic door in supermatt cashmere. Making full use of the room by adding a corner unit.
Comprising of shelving and hanging rails in the interior and soft close doors.

A few jobs completed in this family home were ;
✅ Supply and fitting of 3 oak doors
✅ Removal of old handrail and spindles
✅ Supply and fitting of new modern oak handrail and spindles
✅ Cladding over the existing newel post

The bathroom door was an unusual size so a wider door had to be cut down in width and the oak edge planted back on.
All fitted with matching ironmongery and now it's ready to be decorated 🖌️

On the left of the door is a floor to ceiling shaker style wardrobe finished in a super Matt mussel colour. Fitted with slimline black bar handles, giving it a contemporary look. The top row of cupboards makes full use of the ceiling height, providing extra storage for less frequently used items.
The right hand side of the room is another fitted cupboard built into the sloping ceiling, making good use of an otherwise awkward space.

A bespoke alcove unit was built to match the fitted wardrobes I put in last year. Painted oak ivory doors and a matching dressing unit opposite.

Here the Customer wanted to hide the boiler in a cupboard as it's in a bedroom.
The doors were panelled up into a shaker door using both variants of MRMDF AND MDF.
Other jobs completed
✅ hanging of 4 doors
✅ Building out all door casings to suit the new plasterboard
✅ Fitting of skirting boards and architraves
✅ Making bespoke oak transition strip

Bespoke shaker cabinets fitted into the alcoves with floating shelves. The same was done upstairs in the small alcove ready to fill with books 📚.
There was also an internal door fitted and a new handrail.

A small bespoke cabinet was made in this downstairs toilet room.
Much more usefull with storage than just having the sink on a floating shelf as it was before.

Something a little different but seeing as it was for Pendleside hospice how could I refuse. This job was covering all the walls in plywood including some battens to the walls where needed. This is all ready to be painted and shelving to go up.
