We’re back and what a day it’s turned out to be! Happy New Year everyone, we hope you all enjoyed the Christmas holidays.

Here we completed a full roof replacement as the existing tiles had deteriorated due to there age.
We re-tiled the main roof of the property, stripped off the existing dorma roof and installed a new roof deck so that we could install a new rubber roof system.
We also removed the existing timber cladding and replaced it with new anthracite cladding, fascia boards, guttering and downpipes.

Phase 4 of our Burnley Youth Theatre Project that we completed earlier this year.

We completed the full refurbishment of the Moira Preston Building at BYT which included the following works;
• Full removal of existing kitchen, toilets, walls and floor tiles.
• A new liquid DPM to the floor, a full floor screed & new Accoustic safety floor covering.
• New kitchen area with a more useable area for BYT Guests
• New disability toilets complete with compact laminate wall panelling for a high quality and extremely durable finish, complete with hand dryer and baby changing facilities.

Saturday morning job - installed a composite door, flag window, and additional garage window.
