A stunning full glazed oak door replacement done today,finished in clear stain OSMO oil for that grain POP ⭐

Here’s a several jobs completed at one house this week including….
-removing the existing black glass job splash back
-tiling all the splashbacks above the countertops in the kitchen in beige metro tiles dotted with sage green tiles and mustard tiles
-changed both internal doors to solid pre finished white half glazed cottage style doors with all new chrome hardware
-removed the stud wall under stairs to open up the space
-removed the old 5” skirting and replaced with 6” Ta**us skirting
Also averted a potential Disaster when an old flexi pipe behind the toilet decided to pack in whilst I was there,managed to stop the leak and replaced the faulty pipe within the hour to get them back to normal 😁😁
Nice little downstairs transformation done
All ready for the new carpet and the customer to decorate 😁😁

5 stunning pre finished oak doors installed over in Colne this week with polished chrome hardware 😁😁
One casing was 20 mm out on the head so we had to make some adjustments there

Here’s our most recent big bathroom project at RF Property Maintenance
Works included…
-removal of existing bath and tiles
-removal and replaced electric bathroom mirror
-removal of old water feeds for the shower and vanity sink,recessed into wall,fixed and insulated
-reboarded and tanked around shower area
-new mixer shower with wand and rainfall head
-new shower tray with fast flow waste
-2000 mm x 1000mm wet room glass screen with chrome profiles and a chrome grab handle
-new vanity sink and tap
-white gloss PVC cladded ceiling with LED bulkhead light with chrome insert
-new toilet and water feed
-swapped out the old white radiator to a modern chrome towel radiator
-new grey 60x30 cm tiles on the walls where the customer wanted and to cover the pipes for the radiator,finished in mid grey grout with chrome metal trim around any edges

Big project this one and we got over the line in time 😁😁
