All Hands on Dec promise to work hard, complete any work in a professional and timely manner.

We are DBS checked, honest, reliable and flexible.

Like everyone, we have our own bills and mortgages to pay, we are doing this to earn a living.

This week we have been let down on payment by not one but two customers. This obviously has massive implications on us personally and professionaly.

Moving forward (not something we wanted, and we hate doing it)
For any future bookings, an invoice will be rasied stating all the work that is to be completed and the dates agreed for the work to be carried out. To confirm a booking and a chosen date, a 50% (non refundable) deposit will be taken. A receipt will be given for the deposit and again on final payment when the work has been completed.

Hopefully all our lovely customers will understand 😊

Unfortunately some people claim to be a "handyman" and take people's hard earned money but then leave jobs looking like this - drainage unfit for purpose! Taped up with masking tape!
