Another busy week 😉

Then we’re on holiday cover on this & we did our second time water change yesterday.

We was meant to be finishing our 10th summer at this one today but weather has sadly stopped this 😞

Almost there - sadly we didn’t get to fully complete bottom as our robo cleaner didn’t get recharged prob after we requested owners to recharge for us as we couldn’t find to retrieve & bring home the other day! We couldn’t stand on the freshly laid copings to lean over & wet vac the rest out like we’d done the rest of the pool. So owners are gunna finish off that last bit.
Due to it being a brand new set up & the thickness off the building debris we couldn’t do conventional vacuuming 😉 so slow task of wet vaccing was the only other option 😉 then brushing slowly to remove the skid marks & clean the rest of ledge without re disturbing the settled debris & being back to square one!

We’ve decided against taking on for future cleans etc as it’s well beyond our usual catchment area & sadly soooo remote access during the imment winter months would likely be pretty tricky in our mini & sadly to risky for the ££ with the single tracks access.
It’s with regret but at a 50+ mile round trip each visit it won’t be a viable future option sadly. Shame as was gunna be a good pool tub combo apparently but wasn’t meant to be sadly.You win some you loose some 😉

All ready for its new inherited owners

Our new addition hot tub from last week that had the full ‘works’ from us. Such a delightful couple that they won’t mind us saying are totally newbies but that’s fine & to be honest just how we like it 😉

Call came through Monday morn & as we were literally just up the road at one of our air b&b’s clients it was a no brainer to swing by & check it out.

Initially we were a tad concerned how previous owners (house exchange) had just left empty in this heatwave & had been for approx 4-6 months but hey I’m glad there was no need to panic

Hats of to the new owners a delightful couple that were organised enough after 3/4 days to be ready to have us in but it fitted in perfectly with our busy schedule & soooo local.

Owners were happy for us to go finish our rounds & do us the honours of watch filling & check for no leaks etc as it was our busy change over day 😉
First tick all filled with no leaks great start
Second was inherited chems & everything started as it should have 😀
3rd was heating & chems added to do there thing overnight 😉
Reported at check so after our morn rounds it was time for system flush/ahh some time 😉
Bro set hadn’t moved so no further super dose or bio hazard/chrlorgene reqd

As expected ahh some revealed some delightful gunkieness as we were expecting after being off apparently for 4-6months & in tne full heatwave from the beg & tne garden in one full suntrap!

Anyway just let it do its thing for a little longer than normal & we were ready for drain,get it shinny & looking almost brand new again which worked again perfectly

It was time for owners to have the honours again for refill time number two 😉

Back we went to finish off resetting that water balance once again 😉
Then re heat number two 😉
One final sign off next day & deliver there fresh goodies off new filters & just a couple of chems to add to the inherited stash
Then that’s another one ready for owners to enjoy & start there hot tub journey 😉

We’ll be looking after when these two flight attendants are on the same rotations & there’s no one home to look after so there be updates in the future

We love jobs like this & why we set the company in the first place 😉

Normally we wouldn’t go this far as out of our catchment but owners ‘begged’ us & we’re happy to pay good ££ for us to travel so we couldn’t say no 😉

Finally get round to introducing these two are new additions 😉 the hot tub had the full treatment last week.
Plus we’re well proud of this one to - 3hrs yest aft (was meant to go Monday but motorway issue stopped us!)
Started as a green swamp but less than approx 12hrs/overnight later we were super pleased but kinda wasn’t expecting it that quick but being a totally out the box brand set up just massively helped that & shows it is possible. The product did exactly ‘what it said on the tin/bottle’ 😉 😀 especially after having one of those morn on our air b&b morn rounds 😉

Next job sort all that debris/dirt on the bottom but not till the cobbings etc are finished at owners request 😉

We love hot tubs but like doing a pool occasionally as bit of variety/keep our ‘eye in’

Obviously it’s a ‘building site’ work in progress 😉

Wow what a crazy exhausting week but been such a good one 😉 😀 our fav kinda weeks
Two totally fresh initially completely clueless new clients (intros to come shortly (when have owners permissions to share 😉 We love these as we can teach & ‘mould’ exactly how we want 😉 😀
One gooooorgues new to them now ‘inherited’ hot tub with the freshest of new owners 😉 wow hats off to these guys being that organised after a house move 😉
Was initially an slightly alarming situation how previous owners left for them but thankfully all was well & our worries needn’t 😉 always love when this happens

All now commissioned & already ready been christened 😉

Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect ‘replacement’ from our little one lost
Plus well supplying our maintenance package for when owners are away for work to boot so you’ll be seeing more of this gorgues tub 😉

Such a lovely couple & exactly the reason we started the buisness & we love since the leap of faith to go full time freelance

Then tonight new pool project initially & then hot tub combo booked into to view & start next week. With another looking likely maintenance package once we’ve brought back up to our standards 😉

Plus crazy couple of weeks of holiday cover to boot we’re pretty booked up now till sept 😉
