📍Burnham Market - a garage conversion we completed at the start of 2026.

⭐️ We relocated the fuse board and hot water cylinders
⭐️ installed new underfloor heating
⭐️ created a new structural opening for the installation of doors by Steel Door Company and hardwood door installed by Haycock & Son Joinery Ltd
⭐️ installed flint external and internal panels
⭐️ finished the space with solid oak herringbone flooring.

A big transformation that has created an additional space to the property. Looking forward to phase two: the kitchen extension.

📍 Brancaster Staithe | Quirky, Reclaimed Loft Conversion

When our clients in Brancaster Staithe came to us with their ideas for this loft conversion, we were really excited to see it come to life.

The project involved:

🏠 Re-slating the roof, creating new lead dormers (including curving the internal walls of the dormer)
🚿 Adding a new shower room
🪜 Building an internal cupboard into the eaves of the roof
🪵 Re-instating the original Victorian floorboards, with additional reclaim floorboards supplied by to match
🧱 Building a fully insulated loft room with new central heating

Check out our previous post to see this project at the beginning and what a transformation it’s had. We’re really pleased with it, and wouldn’t mind waking up to that view (scroll to the end for the video) 🌊
