Big dead Horse Chestnut dismantle in Snettisham.
Overhanging out buildings and with significant decay in the main stem caused by a fungal infection(Cerioporous Squaumosus).
The usual climbing and rigging techniques were out of the question.
Many thanks to Hbs Access services for the cherry picker hire.
All branches processed and chipped, all timber cut ready to be split for firewood.

Something a bit different for this one in Stiffkey.
2 previously coppiced Willows were clogging up the river.
Raised and 'pushed' back the river is now free flowing again.
Bio oils were used to avoid any water contamination.
