Great to get this huge side extension at the beginning of a Cul de sac setting we manage to add a large side extension with a dinning room and garage for a car .

There would be future scope to add another story or to adapt the space into an annex .

We are really pleased to achive this for the client .

Great to do a revisit at this property we designed in 2024 which was one of my favourites of that year . We feel we turned a really poor layout with Impractical spaces into a bungalow that really flows with a massive wow factor kitchen space . We have added a utility room , extra bedroom with a completely unique , generous open plan living entertaining space.

Great to get this application approved

Originally thought to be Permitted development a small side extension a complaint by a neighbour triggered the planning enforcement officer to establish that the area in question was on the border of a ANOB . We established that no part of the building overhung the boundary and provided plans and information to the planning department that gained planning approval .

Great to get planning approval for this project in burgess hill !

We feel throughout the draft process we really made this into a forever home . A  generous hallway leads to a large open plan kitchen / dinner with playroom . A separate snug , home office & W.C incorporating a separate utility room .

On the first floor we achived 4 great sized bedrooms, one with a walkin dressing room and ensuite .

and er****on of hip to barn hip roof extension, front rooflights and rear dormer.

The additions to this property will improve the insulation value .By making changes to the 1st floor will drastically improve the whole functionality of the 1st floor. Additions of adding an additional room in the attic as a 2nd floor space .

The extension provides a open plan space that leads onto the garden with views from the kitchen through a large picture window . The ground floor will also boast a utility space , downstairs toilet and snug area . Redesign of a the 1st floor to accommodate the new loft stairs , creating a new landing for the existing bedroom on the 1st floor will improve the existing bulky designed landing space.

Great to get planning permission for this rear extension in Littlehampton 

The space designed will provide the ground floor with a wonderful space making a large kitchen / dinner space that leads onto the garden .

Great to be invited back to this extension in burgess hill im amazed the transformation . I ve done a small video to show the final results.

Inpressed with the detail on the box gutter lined with lead , and the workmanship through out 😍
