⚠️ 240 mm² is not always the same as 240 mm²!
Just because you’re using a 240 mm² cable lug doesn’t automatically mean that every 240 mm² crimping die is suitable.
✅ D22240 for DIN cable lugs
✅ R22240 for tubular cable lugs
Using the wrong die can result in over-crimping or under-crimping. This can compromise the quality of the connection and may even affect the safety of the installation.
💡 Remember: It’s not only the conductor cross-section that matters, but also the type of cable lug. The correct combination of cable lug and crimping die ensures a safe, reliable, and standards-compliant crimp connection. 🔧⚡️
